Turning High Performers Into High-Impact Leaders

John Maxwell has made a tremendous impact on his life over the years. Initially Chris started watching John’s VHS tapes in the basement of a church back in 2001. Then, as a sales representative for the largest vehicle service company, he quickly advanced 3 positions in 5 years to a Senior Sales Manager by learning and then applying John’s principles. Chris helped grow that company from 18 employees to over 700. He knew he had found his purpose when he found such joy in helping others grow and live to their full potential.

Leaning Into His Purpose

Years later he became a part of John’s team as a certified coach. Chris has been instrumental in the development of many of the programs offered by the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Members, a leadership development organization whose members speak, coach, and train on values-based, people-centric principles that help people lead powerful, positive change in themselves, in their organizations, and in the world around them.

As a father of six, including triplets, twins, and a singleton, he knows a thing or two about managing chaos, staying adaptable, and leading under pressure—valuable lessons for any leader in today’s fast-changing business world.

With over two decades of experience, Chris has trained CEOs, executives, and teams across multiple industries to identify complacency, break free from plateaus, and ignite fresh momentum for the future. His powerful insights on leadership, resilience, and personal growth inspire audiences to take action immediately.

Fun Facts About Chris

Pickleball

Chris started playing in 2020 and never looked back. And if running around on a court chasing a little ball with a paddle under the hot Florida sun is wrong, then he “doesn’t wanna be right.” He loves the game so much that he got his certified Pickleball pro coach designation.

Golf

Chris met his wife, Jenee, on the golf course. He worked in the pro shop and she was the “refreshment cart” girl. He thought he would be able to play more golf when he moved the family from St Louis to West Palm Beach in 2020. Sadly, that has not been the case.

Hiking

Chris and his wife have a newly discovered love for hiking. They booked a couples getaway trip to the Colorado Rockies, and while there, on the recommendation of their hotel concierge, they tried hiking and found it incredible! They talked, they climbed in the quiet, and they saw the incredible views of the mountain peaks and took in the dramatic landscapes.
